The attachment is also stored on the older secure.notion-static.com host rather than the current attachment store, which suggests it has not been re-uploaded since the original.

Middle East

No equivalent page exists.

Either the Dubai team has no hybrid work policy, or they have one that was never written down. Both are worth knowing, and neither is visible from the Notion structure — the absence looks like nothing at all.

What needs deciding

The PDF stays as the source of truth. Two questions remain:

1. Does a May 2022 document still describe how people work? Patterns moved a great deal between 2022 and now, and nothing has been reissued.
2. Is the Middle East gap deliberate?
