The regional policies are kept as signed PDFs rather than wiki text. This page is the register: what exists, for which region, how old the document is, and what is wrong with it. The PDFs are the source of truth; this page tells you which one to open.
Document dates are read from the filename prefix, which ATÖLYE uses as YYMM.

Four policies exist in one region only. Each is either a genuine legal difference, an accidental gap, or drift between two people maintaining separate sets. Nobody appears to have decided which.
The Occupational Health & Safety case is the strangest: a Turkish-language HSE policy is filed under Middle East, and Turkey — where the occupational health and safety obligation is statutory and specific — has no page at all.
This also resolves a long-standing defect elsewhere. The Code of Ethics references Occupational Health and Safety twice, both truncated mid-sentence with no content. The policy was never missing; the Code of Ethics just failed to embed it, and has looked broken since 2022.
Keeping the PDFs is a defensible choice — they are signed, formatted, and legally the artefact. Two honest weaknesses come with it, and the register is the mitigation:
You cannot search inside them. Nobody will find "what happens to unused leave" by searching the wiki. The register is how they find the right document to open, so the summary column has to earn its place.
The review date on this page does not prove a PDF was re-read. Bumping reviewed
here only means someone checked the register. The document dates in the table above are
the real signal — when a 2205 document is still current in 2026, that is visible in
the register whether or not anyone bumped anything.
So the discipline is: when a PDF is reissued, update its row. A register whose dates stop moving is exactly as useless as the Notion verification stamps were.
