This page is written out rather than stubbed, so you can see what a finished page looks like in this repo. Everything else in content/ still needs its body pasting in from the Notion export.
What we have
A Claude Team workspace covering everyone at ATÖLYE, plus Claude Code for anyone writing software. Access comes with your Google Workspace account — there is no separate signup and no licence to request.
What it is good for here
- Reading long things. Client briefs, RFPs, transcripts, past proposals. It is faster at "what does this document actually commit us to" than any of us are.
- First drafts you intend to rewrite. Proposal sections, workshop plans, job posts. Treat the output as a starting shape, not a deliverable.
- Code. Claude Code runs in the terminal and works across a whole repo rather than a single file.
- Structured extraction. Turning a pile of notes into a table, or a transcript into decisions and owners.
What it is bad for here
- Anything where being confidently wrong is expensive. It will produce a plausible number. Check every figure that leaves the studio.
- Client-identifying material in prompts without checking the engagement terms first. Some of our contracts restrict this. If you are unsure, ask before pasting.
- Replacing a conversation. If two people disagree about scope, no model resolves that.
House rules
- Anything client-facing gets a human edit before it ships. No exceptions, including internal decks that later become client decks.
- Do not paste credentials, personal data about colleagues, or unredacted contracts.
- If a model produced the bulk of something, say so to whoever reviews it. Not for ceremony — the reviewer reads differently when they know.
Getting more out of it
The single biggest improvement is giving it more context up front: the audience, the constraint, the format, and an example of what good looks like. A one-line prompt gets a one-line-prompt answer.
For repeated work, write the instructions down once as a skill or a project rather than retyping them. If you find yourself pasting the same three paragraphs of setup every week, that is the signal.
