status: draft, so it shows a draft banner and is excluded from review-date nagging until someone publishes it. This is how you put an unfinished page in front of people without it being mistaken for policy.
The Notion source — PrOps, Project Guidelines Checklist, Project Closure — was last touched in October and November 2024, and its owner has left the workspace. The process has moved since: Pipedrive is being replaced by Productive, and the closure steps reference tools that are on the way out.
Migrating it would carry a wrong process into a new home with a fresh-looking review date on it. Someone who currently runs projects should write this from scratch.
Per-project artefacts — project cards, closure checklists, comms packs — probably belong in Productive rather than a wiki. This page should describe the process; Productive should hold the instances. Confirm that split before writing the body.
